We needed a system that could provide us with actionable intelligence we could rely on, without fidelity concerns of the data. False positives, specifically around phone number accuracy, were causing investigations to take more time than they should.

Often, knowing where to start in an investigation can present the most daunting challenge for law enforcement professionals. While interviewing witnesses and reviewing video evidence are always helpful, in today’s hyper-connected world getting a deep understanding of who a suspect is, where they reside and who they associate with can make the difference in quickly solving a case or allowing a potential criminal to remain free.

Results
The Center estimates that the idiCORE solution has helped them reduce time spent on phone number analysis by 30% – leading to more cases cleared and with significantly greater accuracy than prior to deployment.
