Inside Sales (South Florida)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • B2B Inside Sales – cold calling, new business development, full sales cycle – hunting and closing
  • Primary focus is on closing new business
  • Secondary focus in closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities within current client base
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales revenue quotas

Data Scientist/Data Engineer (Seattle)

As a Data Scientist, you’ll be joining a small engineering team on Day 1, working on massive data sets designing algorithms for complex search and analytics. We work on proprietary technology, so we need a creative problem solver who is resourceful in getting things done.

In this role you will:

  • Work directly with the Chief Science Officer to analyze data and build cutting edge algorithms that solve complex real-world problems.
  • Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis and then do the analysis.
  • Develop, test and implement novel algorithms for search, segmentation and analytics.
  • Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, writing queries, etc.)

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning Math, Statistics, Physics, or related (MS / PhD or equivalent highly quantitative work experience preferred).

  • Experience working with large data sets for data mining, analytics, modeling or other advanced purposes.
  • Keen ability to visualize data through graphing/ charting/ information display skills.

Assistant General Counsel (South Florida)

Your Role:

  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry developments in industries of big data, cloud, risk management, privacy, digital/social marketing, and mobile/e-commerce.
  • Negotiate, draft and review complex contracts, including those relating to M&A, service contracts, licensing agreements, intellectual property agreements, and security questionnaires.
  • Work with stakeholders including management, security, credentialing, and product development to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory environment.
  • Provide legal and compliance guidance regarding privacy and legal framework, including compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GLBA, DPPA, FCRA, HIPAA, SEC, etc.).
  • Work closely with the business and other internal and external legal counsels on supporting various initiatives including SEC compliance and M&A activity.
  • Assist in developing training materials for employees.

What We Need:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. 4-8 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred; both law firm and in-house corporate legal department experience is preferred.
  3. J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school required; licensed in Florida preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of U.S. data protection and privacy laws, preferably with GLBA, FCRA, DPPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FTC Guidelines, and similar laws.
  5. Experience in data, SAAS, risk management, digital marketing, and mobile applications a plus.
  6. Ability to drive projects, manage competing priorities, and to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
  7. Must be able to work independently, exercise sound judgment and interface directly with upper-level management.
